[Video] A car accident took his legs, but his ingenuity and perseverance kept him fishing

Elizabethtown, Kentucky native Chris Lanham was paralyzed from the chest down by car accident fourteen years ago. His injuries greatly affected his ability to do the one thing he loves: fishing. So he and his grandfather came up with an extraordinary idea. What if there was a way to rig up a rod and reel that could do most of the now-difficult work for him? After modifying an Electr-a-Mate electric reel and hotwiring it to his mobility scooter, he finally has his favorite pastime back.
