When people think of the Amazon River they typically only remark on the piranha fish. But the Amazon itself it full of scores of incredible fish, wildlife and even some river monsters. One such fish is the Arapaima. It’s the world’s largest, scaled freshwater fish. What’s even more incredible about these river monsters? They breathe air. Just wait until you see them rising to the surface to get a breather like a seal.
