Bear sees water for the first time after years of torture in a tiny bile farm cage

Bear bile farms are terrible places where bears are kept in small cages and their bile extracted for use in traditional medicine. Tuffy, one such bear, was rescued and released to Animal Asia’s Vietnam bear sanctuary to rehabilitate after having its gallbladder removed. That’s when keepers noticed there was something different about Tuffy.
