These boaters had been having a lovely vacation on New Caledonia, a French territory in the South Pacific, and when they happened upon this playful group of humpback whales swimming beneath their boat, they couldn’t resist the temptation to stop their boat and stay awhile. Using a drone overhead with its camera running, they were able to capture this gorgeous footage of the whales dancing around their boat in the crisp, clear blue Pacific Ocean.
