Brave good Samaritans lower cage to rescue leopard trapped in 60-foot well

To save this poor leopard trapped on a suspended bundle of sticks at the base of a 60-foot well, locals of Junnar, Maharashtra in India rigged up a cage they could lower down to the frightened, tired predator. Once the three year-old cat figured out that he could climb in the cage, he scrambled in, and the men were able to lock him inside to draw the cage up and release him back into the wild.
