Chef Gordon Ramsay hunts puffin, follows viking tradition and eats heart raw

Famously angry chef Gordon Ramsay visits Iceland for a traditional Puffin dish made from scratch. On the first day of Puffin season, Ramsay learns how to ‘sky fish,’ a bizarre hunting method that uses a net at the end of a long pole to catch the small birds as they approach the cliffs. It’s harder than it looks, and more than a little dangerous. One small slip will send the hunter falling a few stories into frigid water. After a couple catches they’re ready to eat.
