Cinderblock “Rocket” stove is a lifesaver if you’re caught without power

If you’ve got access to a few cinder blocks, you can make an unbelievable wood burning stove with surprisingly little kindling. It will work as an amazing stove and space heater, just make sure you’ve got some good ventilation. Sure this isn’t the most practical cook method if you’ve got access to first world amenities, but it’s great to know if you’re ever stuck somewhere without gas or power.
