Cop’s dash cam films him knocking a deer into air after it runs onto highway

In Kentucky, a police cruiser dash cam caught this massive deer running onto a highway just to get punted into the air to perform a triple axle of sorts before landing and taking off. The deer manages to scramble away immediately after finding its footing but who knows what damage occurred to the cruiser. Deer are all too often a threat to drivers as they tend to frantically cross busy roads and highways at the worst possible times. Deer can frequently cause massive amounts of damage to the vehicles that hit them. It typically doesn’t end up well for the deer either. Even if this one manages to scurry off into the woods, the odds of it having suffered a broken leg or any other various injuries are very good. Never forget, if you see one crossing the road in front of you, it’s safe to assume there are several more behind it!
