I know bears can swim, but I’ve never seen a bear swim THIS far. The black bear jumped in and swam like it was no problem to the other side. This incredible high-definition footage was taken at Upper Klamath Lake near Klamath Falls, Oregon. Gerald Holt, the uploader of the video, says, “It was a close call in an area with so many animal car strikes. So happy to see the bear get safely into the tree line to rest after a very long swim.”
