Lionfish have taken over parts of the ocean outside their native habitats. Pot Roast & Pinot in Pensacola, Florida has the answer — eat them. So that’s just what they’re doing. They partnered with harvesters who capture hundreds of pounds per dive, eradicating the non-native population of potentially harmful fish one fried meal at a time.
