Ed Brown Products, Inc. is excited to be adding the F4 to the Fueled Series of custom pistols, based on the popular Smith & Wesson® M&P® 2.0™ 9mm.
For over 50 years, Ed Brown has set the standard for the highest quality 1911 parts and handguns. Driven to find ways to improve, they’ve taken advantage of modern technology and re-engineered every part in the 1911, in order to achieve the best performance possible. This same philosophy is now being applied to other handgun platforms such as the S&W® M&P 2.0.
The new MP-F4 shares most of the custom features and characteristics of its three predecessors with one exception – the golden barrel. Coated in Titanium Nitride, it gives this new pistol a luxurious appeal, it really stands out with the Black Nitride custom slide, black custom trigger, and black frame. Ed Brown’s custom accuracy rail is the heart of the Fueled Series. Perfectly mating the slide to the barrel for an exceptional fit, improving lockup and accuracy. Next is a fully machined custom slide, with custom cuts for a striking appearance, with material in all the right areas for hard use and to maintain functionality. The 416 stainless, button rifled match barrel customized with Ed Brown tread flutes, includes ½ x 28 threads and a custom thread protector, so it’s fully suppressor ready. The re-designed and re-engineered custom extractor mates perfectly to the custom slide, ensuring the best reliability possible. Finishing off the package is custom sights, trigger, 360 degree magwell paired with machined base pads, machined frame pins, and aluminum backplate with custom serrations. Each Fueled Series model is fitted by hand with the same focus and care as they’ve been doing for more than 50 years.
