When the tension on his line changed, this fisherman thought his little catch had suddenly gotten caught in some weeds or debris. As the fish approached the surface he saw the true culprit, a bigger fish. His little pike had been bitten by an even bigger pike who wasn’t about to let go. After a brief struggle, his buddy was able to catch the big boy in a net. The bite marks on the initial catch were impressive, but not as impressive as catching a monster without a hook. The Goliath pike could have let go at any time!
