I thought is was a normal knife, then I saw HOW they made it… WHOA!

Using nothing more than some simple steel cable, these master craftsmen make an beautiful knife from scratch. The wrap of the cable helps create a faint Damascus-style finish to the blade as it is heated and hammered over and over again. The masters at Green Beetle get the cable red hot before twisting it a few more times to enhance this effect. After the blade is hammered and etched, it’s hard to tell what the source material ever was unless you look at the tang.
