How does level-4 ballistic plate armor stack up against the world’s most powerful crossbow?

Ballistic armor manufacturer AR500’s Level 4 Plate armor is built to with stand the full force of a 30.06 armor-piercing round. The Scorpyd RD 165 crossbow is the world’s current most powerful production crossbow, with 165-pound draw limbs which can propel a standard carbon fiber arrow at more that 425 feet per second. But will that velocity be enough to penetrate ceramic plate armor at only a few yards away? Twang and Band puts them both to the test to see what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.
