This whitetail buck sure is acting strange. Could it be EHD (Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease)? A virus caused by hemorrhages. Or possibly chronic wasting disease? Maybe even a heart attack or seizure? If you ever see anything similar, keep your distance and contact the DNR or a local game warden. This deer was euthanized and reported to local officials.
