If a snapping turtle has clamped down on something, well, good luck getting him to let go. This guy starts filming the second he realizes his newly caught pike isn’t reeling in as easily as it should. Not only has something else in the lake decided to go fishing but it’s not giving up the pike without a tremendous fight. A large snapping turtle bites the tail of the pike and absolutely refuses to give up. The fisherman knows he’ll probably never get rid of the turtle without killing it so decides to let the fish go but trying to get your lure back from a bite happy pike is no easy feat.
