The Meprolight RDS Pro V2 is a Red Dot Sight that is being used by Military and Police Agencies around the world. Battle Proven with the IDF and built like a tank. Thanks to Meprolight and Getzone.com for their help and to Fiocchi USA.
Meprolight was founded in 1990 to produce optics for the Israeli military. They are one of the world’s leading optics manufacturers and they furnish optics for countries all over the world. A lot of their optics are actually used by the Israeli Defense Forces, including this RDS Pro V2. There are a number of different models, but this is the top of the food chain for the RDS line. And there are a lot of great features to it! One of the things about this type of optic is it has a very wide field of view – it is great for seeing fast acquisition to your target and for both eyes open.
One of the things we love about this optic in particular, is that it uses a AA battery, which is so common and easy to replace. It also gives you around three thousand hours of battery life!
The latest and most technical MIL-SPEC red dot optic from Meprolight is the Mepro RDS Pro V2.New features include 16 levels of brightness for any lighting condition, day or night. The sight can be ordered with several different reticle options: Dot or Bullseye, Red or Green. Shooters can expect thousands of hours of use from a single AA battery. The Mepro RDS Pro V2 is battle-proven and trusted by militaries, law enforcement agencies, and professional shooters worldwide. It comes with a Picatinny rail mount and is compatible with NVGs and magnifying scopes.
