When Russell finally landed the 22-pointer many hunters knew about he learned something quite unexpected. His 22-point buck is actually a 22-point doe. That’s right, a doe. The Missouri Department of Conservation verified it. Due to high testosterone levels or a natural occurring hermaphrodite situation, the female deer was able to grow antlers. Either way, that’s a pretty awesome story!
