After heavy rains lifted the waters of Washington’s Skokomish river, drivers had a few more obstacles to avoid on their morning commute. Spawning salmon traveling upstream somehow found their way up the river banks and across a two lane road. The Weather Channel was sent a video of the big fish swimming through shallow waters covering the asphalt. Trucks and cars slowed to a crawl to ford the water while trying to avoid the flow of salmon that never seems to end.
