Springfield Armory has launched their newest firearm, the SAINT. A select number of media guests were hosted by Springfield in Las Vegas, Nevada to get a unique first-hand look at their latest addition, the 5.56 AR-15 they call “The Saint.” Pulling out all the stops, Springfield Armory included range time with some of the world’s best firearm instructors.
Day one consisted of pistol shooting with champion shooter, Rob Leatham, firearm setup and short-range rifle drills with Apex Expert Solutions Instructor Bryan Morgan, concluding with the “field of steel” challenge amongst the media guests.
Day two opened up with instruction from Rob Pincus, shedding light on the processes we operate under stress. Running participants through multiple scenarios using Force on Force training rounds, guests were able to employ and evaluate their techniques one-on-one with the instructors.
Day two concluded with a trip to Boulder City Rifle and Pistol Club for some extended range shooting, led by Bryan Morgan, with targets from 50 to 1500 yards, and cases of match ammunition.
