NSSF is on Capitol Hill raising concerns over the growing problem of banks and others in the financial services industry unfairly discriminating against members of our industry. Over the past several months and longer, banks and financial services providers, who were bailed out by taxpayers in the last recession, are now refusing to provide or restricting services to federally licensed, heavily-regulated businesses solely because they are engaged in the lawful, constitutionally protected, commerce of firearms and ammunition products.
