You can’t do this kinda of maneuvering in a regular boat. These special “jet boats” use a custom V8 engine which feeds out to a jet pump, similar to a jet ski. Because of this, they’re able to seal the bottom of the hull completely and shoot right over rocky surfaces which would tear up propeller blades.
