Making all of its rhinoceroses undergo a de-horning procedure was a tough but necessary call that the Care for Wild Rhino Sanctuary was forced to make due to a rise in poaching near their facilities. Unfortunately, one baby rhino’s heart stopped during the surgery, and the handlers and caretakers at the sanctuary had to perform emergency CPR on the little guy. As you will see, it was difficult and harsh fight, but against the odds they restarted his breathing and he was back on his feat in mere moments.
