This snorkeler noticed a pair of Porcupine fish lingering around him when he realized why. One was caught in a net and it’s companion wasn’t about to leave it behind! So this guy found a shard of broken glass and started cutting away at the net. The fish that was trapped gets pretty scared and starts to puff up but it couldn’t be happier once the last bit of netting is cut away!
