Urban fishermen think there’s a mudcat on their sewer line but something far different gets pulled up

These teens live near a sewer that actually houses plenty of fish. They typically like to drop a line with a piece of hot dog then wait to see if the marker up top has moved. Once they know they’ve got a hit they pull it up just to see what they’ve managed to get. This time though, instead of a simple mudcat, they found something much, much different. It turns out a fairly large softshell turtle took their bait instead! Who knows what they’ll pull out of this drainage sewer next?
