CZ TS2 & A0-1 SD OR
We were lucky enough to catch up with Competitive Shooter Alexis Peña to hear all about the NEW CZ TS2 Orange: a championship-level sport pistol developed in close cooperation with elite shooters on the CZ Shooting Team. Its parameters have been primarily optimized for competing in the IPSC Standard division and USPSA Limited division, but like other pistols in the CZ TS 2 series, it can also be used for other practical shooting disciplines.
Built from scratch at CZ Custom, the A0-1 SD OR is the evolution of the Shadow series. The frame is the star of the show and is hammer-forged, CNC-machined, and then blued. Differing from the LD, the SD, or short dustcover, the A0-1 SD OR offers a balance that is more in the hand and offers quick target transitions.
With a deep beavertail, undercut trigger guard, raised 25 LPI checkering, and an internal mag well, this pistol combines classic CZ 75 ergonomics with purpose-driven features ideal for competition.
