Woman thinks deer can read, demands deer crossing signs be moved to safe location

This phone call by a concerned citizen to a local radio station in Tampa has been circulating the internet for a few years. Donna, the caller, complains that the deer crossing signs are unsafe because they encourage deer to cross dangerous strips of road.
