Too young to vote but old enough to hunt, 17-year-old takes his first buck with a bow

Hunter Galloway took his first buck with a bow at age 17 and he captured the whole hunt on video. A pair of good sized bucks enter the frame feasting on early fall acorns when Hunter lines up his shot. Unfortunately the shot is a little high and a bit too close to the shoulder. Fortunately Hunter was able to dispatch the buck with a second shot moments later off camera. Hunter’s hunt shows that not every shot is perfect, but a responsible hunter follows through in every attempt to show respect for the animal and the kill.
